1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account established by a User upon successful registration with jlili3.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other promotional offer provided by jlili3 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer game, sports betting market, or other gambling activity available on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the jlili3 website accessible at jlili3.cam, including all associated mobile applications and software.
• "User," "you," or "your" means any individual who creates an account or uses any service provided by jlili3.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or monetary commitment placed by a User on any Game available through the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account and participate in any real-money gaming activities on the jlili3 Platform. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jlili3 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Platform operates in compliance with Philippine gaming laws and regulations as overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable local laws. jlili3 does not warrant that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions, and accessing the Platform from territories where such access is illegal constitutes a breach of these Terms.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create an account, Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts; each individual is permitted only one (1) account with jlili3. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in immediate closure of all accounts associated with the User, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification

jlili3 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify User identity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Users may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bills or bank statements), and other documentation as reasonably requested. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until identity verification is successfully completed. jlili3 reserves the right to suspend accounts pending verification or if documentation provided is deemed insufficient or fraudulent.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether such activity was actually authorized. Users must immediately notify jlili3 customer support if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

3.2 Account Misuse

Users are strictly prohibited from allowing any other person to use their account, transferring their account to another party, or accessing the Platform through another User's account. Each account is personal to the registered User and non-transferable. Violation of this provision may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.3 Security Measures

jlili3 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect User data and financial transactions. However, Users acknowledge that internet-based transmissions are never completely secure, and jlili3 cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for ensuring their own devices and internet connections are secure and free from malware or unauthorized access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

Users may deposit funds into their accounts using payment methods supported by jlili3, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers through major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. Users acknowledge that processing times vary by payment method, though most electronic wallet deposits are credited instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses received. jlili3 endeavors to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours for electronic wallet withdrawals and one to three (1-3) business days for bank transfers, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in the User's name. jlili3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals to prevent fraud and money laundering.

4.3 Fees and Charges

jlili3 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors or financial institutions may impose their own fees, for which jlili3 is not responsible. Users should review the fee structures of their chosen payment methods independently.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jlili3 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with Philippine law. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be honored, except in circumstances where account closure is initiated by jlili3 due to Terms violations. Suspicious transactions or patterns may be investigated and reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other promotional offers (collectively "Bonuses") are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed at the time the Bonus is offered and accepted. Users must read and understand these specific terms before accepting any Bonus. General bonus terms include wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiration periods.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the multiple of the Bonus amount (and sometimes deposit amount) that must be wagered on eligible games. For example, a Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal of winnings is permitted. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jlili3 prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Users to meet wagering requirements, employing betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed to constitute abuse of promotional offers. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation

jlili3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Users who have already accepted a Bonus before such modification will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of acceptance, unless the modification is required by regulatory changes or to prevent abuse.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each Game available on the Platform has specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages which are displayed within the game interface or accessible through information buttons. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of any Game before placing wagers. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the decision recorded in jlili3's transaction logs shall be final and binding.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All Games provided by jlili3 use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined purely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. jlili3 does not have any ability to influence individual game results.

6.3 Technical Issues

In the event of technical malfunctions, system errors, or communication failures that affect game outcomes, jlili3 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to User accounts. Users experiencing technical difficulties should immediately cease gameplay and contact customer support. Continuing to play despite known technical issues may result in disputes being resolved unfavorably to the User.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are subject to additional terms including rules for settlement of bets, handling of postponed or cancelled events, and conditions for voiding wagers. jlili3 uses official results and statistics from recognized sporting authorities to settle bets. In cases of obvious errors in odds (palpable errors), jlili3 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification;
• Using automated systems, bots, or software to place bets or manipulate game outcomes;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain unfair advantages;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or depositing funds from illegitimate sources;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other Users or jlili3 staff;
• Creating multiple accounts or using the account of another person;
• Engaging in any activity that jlili3 reasonably determines constitutes cheating or fraud.

7.2 Account Suspension and Closure

jlili3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion that the User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon account closure for Terms violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and jlili3 may report the matter to appropriate authorities if criminal activity is suspected.

7.3 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming

Users may voluntarily self-exclude from the Platform if they believe they have a gambling problem or wish to take a break from gaming. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to customer support in writing and will take effect immediately upon confirmation. During the self-exclusion period, Users will be unable to access their account or reactivate it. jlili3 supports responsible gaming practices and encourages Users to set deposit limits and take breaks from gaming when necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

While jlili3 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be unavailable temporarily due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. jlili3 shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from Platform unavailability.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jlili3's total liability to any User for any claims arising from or related to the use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jlili3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8.3 User Responsibility

Users acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible. Users gamble at their own risk and are solely responsible for managing their gambling activities responsibly. jlili3 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the Platform.

9. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

9.1 Complaint Procedure

Users who have complaints regarding any aspect of jlili3's services should first contact customer support through the official support channels provided on the Platform. Customer support will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. All complaints should include relevant details such as account username, date and time of the issue, and any supporting documentation.

9.2 Escalation

If a complaint cannot be resolved through customer support, Users may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to jlili3 management. All escalated complaints will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.

9.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10. Amendments to Terms

10.1 Right to Modify

jlili3 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform unless otherwise specified. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Users through email notification or prominent notice on the Platform.

10.2 Continued Use

Continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Users who do not agree with modified Terms must immediately cease using the Platform and may close their account in accordance with the account closure procedures.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
